Description

The PuffCo Vision Plus does NOT come with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims will not be honored by PuffCo or CCV.

DO NOT ADD ANY MATERIAL TO THE CHAMBER PRIOR TO TESTING THE DEVICE - run the device through two full heat cycles with an empty chamber to detect any malfunction.

If you test the device and it is dead on arrival, you have 3 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF THE DEVICE to contact us for a replacement. The chamber must be unused.

We HIGHLY recommend purchasing an extra chamber. Chambers should be cleaned after each use.

 

For Best Results: (from the CCV fam)

  • Always keep the mouthpiece upright, especially after use/when hot - keep the device as vertical as possible while in use
  • Swab out the chamber after each use with dry glob mops while the chamber is still semi-warm - wet is easier to clean than dry
  • When cleaning, be gentle when pressing into the chamber - it is an insert and too much pressure can damage the connection to the battery
  • For a deeper cleaning, let the chamber completely cool and soak it in 99% isopropyl alcohol - anything less than 99% ISO has a water content that could damage the chamber
  • After an ISO bath, with the chamber empty, run the device through multiple heat cycles to burn-off the residue or you will taste it
  • "Sesh Mode" is your best friend, just tap the button twice for a perfectly timed hit - DO NOT use sesh mode more than 3x in a row without letting the device cool
  • Keep the device charged - a low battery will cause decreased vapor production and waste

"Coil-less

The chamber of the PuffCo Plus has been engineered for optimal capacity and flavor by achieving even heat distribution, effortless cleaning, and improved durability."

The chamber has an insert like you would buy for your Peak or Pro. There is a plate underneath the insert that touches another plate on the battery to create heat. Big taste difference as opposed to a coil pen and less waste.

The PuffCo+ mouthpiece houses a removable ceramic loading tool with a convection cap. This addition minimizes splash-back and efficiently retains oil."

Be careful to not overload the dart if you use it as a tool - this can cause clogging.

Canceling an Order

There is a small window to cancel your order before it is shipped.  All order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee after 24 hours, and must be made before the order is shipped.  Otherwise all sales are final. We do not take returns. ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED MAY NOT BE RETURNED. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Damaged Items

If any items are damaged in transit, they may be returned for refund. Please immediately take photos of the package and all contents upon their arrival. Email or DM us your order number, photos, and any other pertinent information no more than 24 hours after receipt of your delivery.  

Need to report a broken item? Not to worry, we will get you sorted out! Email your order number and photos to prismgallery420@gmail.com or DM to @prismglassgallery to initiate the return process. Should you choose to select a replacement item we currently have available, turn around time should be within 7 - 10 business days.  If a replacement, repair or store credit is necessary, the process may take anywhere from 10 - 45 business days, based on the scenario.
