There is a small window to cancel your order before it is shipped.  All order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee after 24 hours, and must be made before the order is shipped.  Otherwise all sales are final. We do not take returns.

If any items are damaged in transit, they may be returned for refund. Please immediately take photos of the package and all contents upon their arrival. Email or DM us your order number, photos, and any other pertinent information no more than 24 hours after receipt of your delivery.  ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED MAY NOT BE RETURNED. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Need to report a broken item? Not to worry, we will get you sorted out! Email your order number and photos to prismgallery420@gmail.com or DM to @prismglassgallery to initiate the return process. Should you choose to select a replacement item we currently have available, turn around time should be within 7 - 10 business days.  If a replacement, repair or store credit is necessary, the process may take anywhere from 10 - 45 business days, based on the scenario. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
