    Introducing the GTR Cap, this innovative dual-channel design merges the best of both worlds: the swirling agitation of a Gordo riptide cap and the focused airflow of a traditional bubble cap. The GTR Cap features two separate airflow channels with independent openings on the handle and the bubble. Simply cover one opening with your finger to activate either:

    • Riptide channel: Creates a powerful vortex for even distribution of your concentrate.
    • Traditional bubble cap channel: Provides a focused stream of air for precise control.

    With the GTR Cap, you can effortlessly switch between airflow styles or combine both for the perfect dabbing experience, all without switching caps. This remarkable adaptability empowers you to fine-tune your technique for any type of concentrate.

    Return and Cancellation Policy

    Order Cancellations

    Orders may be canceled within a brief window before they are shipped. Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order will not incur any fees. However, cancellations made after 24 hours and before the order is shipped are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and all sales are considered final.

    No Returns Policy

    We do not accept returns for any items. All sales are final.

    Damaged Items

    If items are damaged during transit, they may be eligible for a refund. To process a refund for damaged items, please follow these steps:

    1. Documentation: Immediately take photographs of the package and all its contents upon arrival.
    2. Contact Us: Email your order number, photographs, and any relevant information to prismgallery420@gmail.com, or send a direct message to @prismglassgallery within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

    Please note that items that have been used are not eligible for return or refund. There are no exceptions to this policy.

    Reporting a Broken Item

    If you need to report a broken item, please email your order number and photos to prismgallery420@gmail.com or direct message us at @prismsmokeshop to initiate the return process.

    Depending on your preference and item availability:

    • Replacement Items: Selection and dispatch of a replacement item will typically occur within 7 to 10 business days.
    • Repairs or Store Credit: The process for repairs or issuing store credit may take between 10 to 45 business days, depending on the specific circumstances.

    Shipping Costs

    Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Shipping Recommendations

    For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
