The Micro+ Mouthpiece is made up of a food-grade silicone sleeve for a clean and comfortable draw, and a separate, internal ceramic air path, for easy cleaning and maintenance. The Micro+ Vaporizer comes standardly encased inside of a premium hemp travel case with a spot for a wax container and a mesh pocket containing a branded G Pen Keychain Tool and USB to USB-C Charging Cable.
Canceling an Order
There is a small window to cancel your order before it is shipped. All order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee after 24 hours, and must be made before the order is shipped. Otherwise all sales are final. We do not take returns. ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED MAY NOT BE RETURNED. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If any items are damaged in transit, they may be returned for refund. Please immediately take photos of the package and all contents upon their arrival. Email or DM us your order number, photos, and any other pertinent information no more than 24 hours after receipt of your delivery.
Need to report a broken item? Not to worry, we will get you sorted out! Email your order number and photos to email@example.com or DM to @prismglassgallery to initiate the return process. Should you choose to select a replacement item we currently have available, turn around time should be within 7 - 10 business days. If a replacement, repair or store credit is necessary, the process may take anywhere from 10 - 45 business days, based on the scenario.
