Description

The Ooze Pronto is a handheld electric dab straw device that makes it easy to enjoy a dab anytime, anywhere. The Pronto is incredibly easy to use, and functions similarly to a standard Ooze vape pen. The button is the only control mechanism; press it 5x to turn on and off, 3x to cycle through temperature settings, and press and hold to heat the coil tip. Insert the coil tip directly into your jar of wax, there’s no need to make a mess handling sticky concentrates! We recommend trying out all temperature levels every time you bring a new strain home to find the terpenes’ flavor sweet spot.

The Ooze Pronto electric dab straw can be enjoyed by both new users and longtime dabbers. New users will love how straightforward it is to set up and use. We recommend using the tip on an angle and taking small sips instead of ripping huge inhales. Seasoned users will fall in love with the portability of this device, and the lack of cleanup it requires. Small enough to fit in a pocket or bag, the Pronto can go just about anywhere.

This device makes it easy to experiment with different temperature levels. This is ideal because the different terpenes in the concentrate produce flavors at different temperatures. Since each strain has a different mix of terpenes, it will take a little trial and error to find that perfect heat level for each new strain.

Return and Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within a brief window before they are shipped. Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order will not incur any fees. However, cancellations made after 24 hours and before the order is shipped are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and all sales are considered final.

No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for any items. All sales are final.

Damaged Items

If items are damaged during transit, they may be eligible for a refund. To process a refund for damaged items, please follow these steps:

  1. Documentation: Immediately take photographs of the package and all its contents upon arrival.

Please note that items that have been used are not eligible for return or refund. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Reporting a Broken Item

Depending on your preference and item availability:

  • Replacement Items: Selection and dispatch of a replacement item will typically occur within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Repairs or Store Credit: The process for repairs or issuing store credit may take between 10 to 45 business days, depending on the specific circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
